Introductory Talks

Eckankar introductory talks provide a chance for seekers to explore their own spiritual interests and learn more about the ECK teachings. A recent Gallup poll states 33% of the public believe they have had a spiritual experience at some point in their lives. If this includes you, come explore the meaning behind your experience.

Book Discussions

Studying the ECK works in a supportive group setting provides opportunity for lively discussion as well as the room for each participant to find their own answers. For those new to ECK, book discussion groups serve as a great introduction to the benefits of attending ECK Satsang classes for members.

ECK Worship Service

The public is invited to attend the ECK Worship Service. Each service focuses on an aspect of Eckankar and features a reading from the ECK works, singing HU, talks, music, and a group discussion of spiritual principles at work in daily life. The service lasts about an hour.

Kid-Friendly Services: During the Worship Service, an adult-monitored play room is provided for children. Parents with infants or toddlers are invited to sit in the play room to listen to the service.

Workshops

ECK Workshops offer an opportunity to thoroughly explore spiritual topics and provide valuable seeds for self-exploration. Led by trained facilitators, workshops combine formal presentation, group discussion, hands-on activities, and question-and-answer periods.

Seminars

ECK seminars are open to the public and offer spiritual students of all backgrounds a rich program featuring workshops, roundtable discussions, inspirational talks, creative arts, programs for youth and families, and much more.

Local seminars are an enjoyable way to learn more about Eckankar. Programs may include talks, stories, panel discussions, workshops, and creative arts performances. These afternoon or evening seminars often include light refreshments or a community potluck.

Regional seminars range in length from one to three days and are held throughout the United States and internationally.

Major ECK seminars feature a talk by Sri Harold Klemp, the spiritual leader of Eckankar, in person or by live remote telecast. These seminars attract thousands of spiritual seekers and members of Eckankar.

Satsang Classes

An ECK Satsang class offers group study of discourses (lessons) written by the Mahanta, the Living ECK Master. Satsang classes help awaken Soul to greater truth and divine love. They can bring deeper awareness of the Mahanta and your inner world and help you in meeting the challenges of daily life. In the words of Sri Harold Klemp, "The ECK Satsang classes are the mainstay of the outer works of ECK."
